About the Founder
The founder of Falsely Accused Act, Damian Bolden, created the organization to help people who have been falsely accused of crimes. Damian has experience working with a nonprofit organization and he also volunteers for a nonprofit.
Damian is aware that so many people today are being falsely accused for sexual harassment /rape / murder and more. And some are good people that are being sued or receiving jail time. If a person is truly found guilty of these crimes the punishment that is awarded is what they should receive. But what happens to a person’s life after being falsely accused continues to torment them.
It only takes a minute to ruin a person’s life and reputation, and an entire lifetime to restore it. Some people never do. That is why we created the Falsely Accused Act organization. We aim to restore the lives of these victims and give them back their dignity and reputation in the community.
Our mission is to build back the lives of those falsely accused of crimes or unjustly hurt by smears and untruths.
