Programs

In order to be eligible for the programs offered by the Falsely Accused Act organization, the victim must be fully discharged with a non-guilty verdict from all accused charges. The victim must enroll in a counseling program that is available in their local area and commit to follow all guidelines provided by the program. 

Deviation from this regimen can result in being released from the support of Falsely Accused Act. The counselors will determine if you are eligible or qualify for further benefits or any other assistance. Our services will provide financial assistance for rehabilitation programs and housing for up to 4 to 6 months. Details of the housing assistance program will be available upon eligibility evaluation.  We will provide financial assistance for rehabilitation programs and housing.  We will also assist with career placement.

Most importantly, we will give victims a voice to tell their stories and clear their names.  We will set up opportunities for them to speak at community meetings, churches and schools, as well as videotape their stories for use on social media forums to help better spread the work of their innocence.
